They have already built the bridge. (→被动语态)

被动语态的使用场合:

1)不知道动作的发出者是谁。

His bike has been stolen.

2)没有必要说出动作的发出者。

Three buildings have been built in our school recently.

3强调动作的承受者。

The book has been translated into many foreign languages.

4)短语动词的被动语态。

The children have been taken good care of for three years.
