三、重点语法
一般现在时（the Simple Present Tense)
一般现在十表示：
1、现在的状态。如：
Sally is in the gym.萨莉在体育馆里。
Mr. Lee is at work.李先生在工作。
2、经常的或习惯性的动作。 如：
I usually go to school by bike. 我通常骑车去上学。
3、主语具备的性格和能力等。 如：
She likes swimming. 她喜欢游泳。
They speak English. 他们说英语。
另外，表示经常性的或习惯性的行为时可使用频度副词，常用的 频度副词有always(总是），often(经常），usually(通常），seldom(很少） never(从不）。频度副词在句中通常是放在行为动词之前。 如：
I often get up at five past six.我经常是6点过5分起床。
He usually plays basketball on Saturday morning.他通常是在周六上午打篮球。
They never play computer games .他们从来不玩电子游戏。
We always play soccer in the afternoon .我们总是在下午踢足球。

三、语法重点
现在进行时（the Prenest Continuous Tense)
现在进行时表示说话人说话时正在发生或进行的动作。可与now,today ,this week,at the moment 等时间状语连用。谓语动词形式为：“am/is/are+V-ing"(其中 am/is/are为be 动词）。如：
He is sleeping at the moment. 他现在正在睡觉。
此外，现在进行时还有下面两种常见基本用法：
1、表示现在持续的状态，时间包括现在说话时刻在内的一个很长时段。如：
I'm studying in Datun High School. 我在大屯中学上学。
2、某些行为动词的现在进行时形式可以表示将来。常含有“意图”，“安排”或“打算”的含义，并且可与表将来的时间状语连用。如：
We are going to Beijing this afternoon.今天下午我们就要去北京了。（即将动身去北京，但并未真正出发。）
The bus is coming .车来了。 （车正往这边驶，但车并未开到跟前。）
